Furbo uses MP4 files in order to provide high quality videos with minimal file size.
If you can hear sound while using Furbo app to watch the video but cannot hear sound from other sources such as your laptop or other apps, please try the following steps to solve the issue:
If you have an Android phone, the simplest way is to install an MP4 player app, such as MX Player.

- Windows Media Player does not support the MP4 format. If you're playing the video in a PC, you will need to install an MPEG-4 decoder in order to play MP4 files.
- If you have a Mac, download the latest version of Quick Time player or other media player, such as VLC player.
