If you cannot find your WiFi on the WiFi list, it might because of the following reasons:
1. Your WiFi is hidden
Please make sure your WiFi is not a hidden network, you can check it using another devices such as smartphones, tablet, or laptop/computer.
If you are using a hidden WiFi, please click "Other network" in the Setup Furbo's WiFi page and manually input the name and the password.
2. The WiFi signal where Furbo is located is too weak
The WiFi list is sorted by the signal strength, please consider the distance between WiFi router and the Furbo is not too far or there should be no physical barrier causing interference, such as concrete wall or router is located on another floor.
If so, please try to move them closer, then go through the setup process again.
3. You are using a 5GHz WiFi frequency router
Furbo doesn't support 5GHz WiFi frequency routers, it only works on 2.4GHz frequency routers.
Most WiFi APs that are able to provide 5GHz channel will also be able to provide a 2.4GHz channel at the same time. It means the 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi will exist at the same time with different WiFi name. Please just use the 2.4GHz channel WiFi to set up Furbo.
To know whether your router type is 2.4GHz or 5GHz, please contact customer care and provide the make and model of the router.
If above items did not work, please try to unplug Furbo, plug back in, then try again via the Furbo App.
If you still encounter the same problem, please contact us.
