Once the Furbo dog camera stopped working and there is no power or light showing at the bottom, try the following:
- Unplug and Re-plug the Furbo Camera
- Try to plug it to another wall socket or outlet
- Try another USB cable to try instead the original cable of Furbo using the original adapter
- Try another USB adapter instead of the original adapter of Furbo using the original cable
- Try another USB cable and another adapter instead of the original Furbo USB cable and adapter
- Try to do a hard reset using the reset button at the back of Furbo, press and hold for 10 seconds
If the issue is either with the cable or the adapter or if nothing works, please contact customer support.
