When the main screen keeps saying “fail to connect...”
Please confirm that the Furbo is plugged in, and that it is displaying a yellow light:
If the light is purple:
- Please unplug your Furbo dog camera and plug it back in
- Wait for few minutes until the light turns yellow - once it turned yellow, restart the Furbo app and try again
- If the light stays purple, check your Wifi connection: you may use your Smartphone to see if Wifi is indeed working
If the issue persist, contact customer support for further assistance.
