If you are getting the "Can't connect to your Furbo" error message while resetting the WiFi process, please follow steps below for troubleshooting:
- Restart your smartphone's Bluetooth connection (turn it off and turn it back on) and try to search Furbo again.
- Unplug your Furbo, then plug it back in. Wait until your Furbo's light turns either yellow or purple, then go through the Reset WiFi process.
- If you are still getting the "Can't connect to your Furbo" error message, restart your smartphone (turn off and on) then go through the Reset WiFi process again.
