If you are constantly getting Purple light on your Furbo dog camera, it means your Furbo fails to connect to a WiFi network.
To fix this issue, go through the below steps.
NOTE: If you have changed your WiFi settings at home or has moved Furbo to another location and needs to connect to a new WiFi, go to Reset Wifi.
- Unplug your Furbo and re-plug your Furbo and wait for few minutes
- If it stays Purple, hard reset your Furbo. Go to Hard Reset for more information.
Using a paperclip or sim ejector pin, press and hold for about 5 to 10 seconds the reset button back of your Furbo (see image below). You should hear beeping sound and the white light will turn back on. Please wait another minute until Furbo's light turns green.
Once the Furbo turned green, you may go through the set up process.
